Salmon Patties Recipe

Lunch today was Salmon patties, corn on the cob and green beans. Super fast and super easy. We eat a good portion of our meals at home so it's great to find healthy fast ways to fix a meal.

Here is the recipe I used:
1 can canned salmon
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion (I used minced onion instead)
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
1. Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.  Then mix your egg, onion, bread crumbs and salmon together.
2. Make into patties. If the mixture is too dry to form into the patties add reserved liquid from salmon.
3. In a frying pan, heat olive oil then place patties in pan. Brown on each side, turning gently. Last step is to Drain on paper towels and serve.
